We always strive to send your purchase as soon as possible. Your order will be processed when the transaction is complete. When your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, carrier and tracking information for your parcel included. Dispatch of orders may take up to 5 business days. Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only and commence from the date of dispatch. We cannot be held liable for any delay that we are not accountable for.

If you’re not satisfied with your item we will help you with a return. We offer you a full right of return and exchange within 30 days from the date you received the order.
Please contact us athello@eadai.seif you would like to do a return, statingyour full name, order number, full address and reason for the return. We will send you a free return label, which you should attached to the outside of your package and send to us. Hand the package in to your nearest postal agent and save your proof of posting – you are responsible for the return shipment until we receive it.

When you return the product it’s important that you have not used the product and that it is returned in its original condition with all labels and original packaging remaining on the product. This does not apply to complaints. Remember that the product should be well packaged, preferably in its original packaging and that the returned item must be in unchanged condition for us to approve the return for you. Transport damage due to inadequate packaging will be charged to you as the customer. Do not attach address labels directly to the product packaging. Instead place the original box or bag in another box or bag.
